scheduling with our owner, Miguel Feliciano, to come to your property and
discuss your project. From there we will be able to customize and send you a free estimate*.

*We offer free estimates to all homeowners. If you don’t own the property, a service fee will be applicable.

We offer roof replacements and repairs on asphalt shingle roofs, flat roofs, tile roofs, and metal roofs.

We celebrated our 21st anniversary in 2024.

We offer a 1 year workmanship warranty on all construction contracts and a 3 year workmanship warranty on all roof replacement contracts

Yes, we take care of all necessary permits and inspections required for your project as we are familiar with local building codes and regulations, ensuring that everything is compliant.

We accept a variety of payment options including cash, check, Zelle, and credit cards.

*There is a 2.85% fee for using a credit card

Yes, for our clients who cannot meet during normal business hours due to work and life conflicts, we offer appointments after 5:30pm on weekdays and on Saturdays during the day.

We offer roof and whole home inspections for a fee on investment properties and properties that clients are interested in purchasing.
